in at only 8,850 pounds dry and 13,000 pounds loaded up. But, it still has a 10' garage for toys or storage. One of the best features is the tankless water heater. No more running out of hot water! That is important because it can sleep up to 8 people. The kitchen has a mid-size refrigerator/freezer that runs on both electricity and propane.

It has a stove with a conventional oven as well as a microwave oven. For entertainment, the stereo is an all-in-one DVD/CD player that is also Bluetooth enabled. You can play your music inside or through the exterior speakers. It has a house battery with a charger, and with the inverter can run most everything in the camper if you are boondocking.

Outside you will enjoy the large 19' patio awning to keep things cool, and set up will be a breeze with the leveling jacks. It also has a Power Tongue Jack, so no cranking it up and down!
