Overall the coach is in good operational condition. The interior is clean and odor free but does show some wear (see pictures). All appliances are operational and have been used very little. The exterior has begun to fade from the sun and the vinyl decals are peeling in some areas (see pictures). Also, the awning has been recently replaced but is out of adjustment keeping the support arms from fully retracting. Seller is working to get this issue corrected. The house batteries were replaced in 2022. Date code on tires is 2019. With a little interior and exterior TLC, this coach will be ready for your next adventure.
