and enjoying the family. It has two entrance doors, one to the main area and the other to the bathroom, for quick access when you are outside by the fire. It has a queen size bed in the bedroom, a dinette, a jack-knife couch, and two bunks. The seller loved the AC and how well it kept the unit cool even on hot days.

The roof was resealed in the Fall of 2022, the awning has a small rip that was repaired, and the water heater rod replaced and will send the extra one they already have for the future.
