Overall, this is very nice. It has a custom dining area, and the living area sofa sleeper was removed and replaced with a leather love seat recliner. Documentation reveals that a lifetime roof coating was sprayed on in November 2019. The sellers are checking to see if the warranty for the coating is transferable. A roof air vent in the kitchen is inoperable. Likely needs to be replaced. Batteries for house and generator may need to be charged or possibly replaced.
