The " Montereo Red" base/clear paint (original color) is slick and smooth and we just cut, buffed, polished and ceramic coated it to a deep luster and show car shine! It also has all new chrome, trim and weather stripping too. The Red (original color) bucket seat interior was also completely restored new including the seats, carpets, door panels, headliner and dash pad too. It has the rally gauge cluster that is fully functional that includes an in-dash tach and gauges and it also has a factory center console with a " Hurst" His-n-Hers shifter too. VERY-VERY COOL! Power comes from a strong running and good sounding 400 c. i. d. 4 bbl. engine and it is backed up with a TH-400 automatic transmission and a safe-t-trac rear with 3:08 gears. We were told all of this was rebuilt during it's extensive restoration. Other features include, cold Classic Auto Air Conditioning, power steering using a quick ratio " Borgeson" gear box , a complete front & rear " UMI" suspension kit with tubular control arms up front and rear track control arms and sway bars, and " Viking" adjustable shocks.
