The current 2nd owner is only selling to switch setups to a coach with bunks for their children. Features include slide toppers,

a solar panel, three A/C units, a king-size sleep number bed in the master bedroom, a new convection/microwave oven with options for a steamer and air fryer, a full bath & half, two TVs inside and one outside, three slides with one full side slide Entering the coach at the front cab area, you'll find the sofa sleepers behind the cab, one on each side.

Moving toward the middle of the coach is the spacious dining/kitchen area. There is a dinette table with chairs on the left and a TV, with the kitchen on the right. The kitchen includes a residential size double door fridge with icemaker, double sink, new convection oven, stove top, countertop extension, and lots of cabinet storage. Next

to the fridge is the stackable washer/dryer, with the half bath on the left. Moving to the rear of the coach, you'll find the master bedroom with a king bed, two night stands, a TV, & dresser storage.

At the very rear is the full master bathroom with double vanity sinks, toilet, shower & wardrobe closet.

The seller advises there are no known issues; this one is ready to hit the road, and all systems fully operational. There are new slide-out seals (2022), new slide toppers (2022), new house batteries (2022), a new toilet in the half bath (2022), a new convection oven (2022), and all tires replaced in 2019. The washer/dryer was removed by the previous owner, and a large pantry installed instead. Seller is not sure if the plumbing was removed or not. **I have not viewed this RV in person.
