Engine has an Edelbrock carb with electric fuel pump along the frame. Thunderbird has new front brakes and recent rear brakes. Brand new radial tires with less than 500 miles on them. It has a cable driven tachometer that works fine but the clock and radio do not work. I do not have a soft top for the car but I do have the porthole hardtop. Car has a set of fender skirts and a brand new tonneau cover not installed. As you can see from the pictures it has a brand new interior and custom steering wheel. The car does have power steering but not power brakes. Milage shows 118099 but i am sure its not correct as the speedometer works most of the time. Beautiful 1957 Ford Thunderbird. This red over white classic features the 312 ci V8 with a 4 barrel carb mated to an automatic transmission. The mechanicals were gone over and a new fuel pump was installed, the carb rebuilt, and the fuel tank removed, cleaned and sealed. it runs, drives and stops great! The vehicle was repainted its original red at some point and still shows well with an few blemishes here and there. The trim is all present and in good shape, although the bumpers would need to be rechromed. the chrome wire wheels are in good shape and are wrapped in bias ply wide whites, although flat spots are evident from witting when driving. All gauges are in working order including the clock, and the odometer shows 1175 miles. The white interior still looks great, only slight wear / minor small cracks showing on the top of the dash and steering wheel. The underside of the vehicle is very clean, there is a bit of oil seepage evident towards rear of engine. The white convertible top is in good condition. There is no hardtop.
